Massecuite pumps

BMA’s rotary piston pumps are displacement pumps designed to convey highly viscous massecuites.

The new generation of F’ series rotary piston pumps features high delivery rates at low piston speeds, while offering a very high degree of reliability. The pump design permits easy access for servicing. The large number of pump sizes available with the ‘F’ series covers a wide range of capacities:

Pump scraper design and position have been optimized to match the different piston displacements. This reduces the rotary piston wear and tear to an absolute minimum for all ‘F’ series pumps. Drive shaft and scraper toe come fitted with a slide-ring seal as standard, thus providing for leak-free massecuite handling, and shaft and bearings are designed for extreme load conditions and a long service life.
